I just got back from visiting Disneyland at Halloween time! Of course, it was amazing. If you’ve never visited Disneyland at Halloween time add it to your bucket list. So much fun to be had! The decorations are incredible! So many spooky Halloween details at every turn. The characters are out and about in their Halloween costumes and it’s basically the cutest thing you’ve ever seen! Several of the rides have Halloween overlays that are so much fun to experience! I’ve got a complete guide to visiting Disneyland at Halloween time here. All those things are wonderful, but my favorite part of visiting Disneyland at Halloween time is perhaps the food. Because of this, I had to put together my list of top halloween Disneyland treats so you could know what to eat when you visit!
Disneyland has upped their food game in recent years. They’ve got bunches of new things to try exclusively for halloween time. I over ate and tried as much as I could so that I could give you my list of Top Halloween Disneyland treats! You’re welcome! You can’t go wrong with any of these choices. I’ve narrowed it down to my top 5 choices. You can find my full printable list that includes all the Halloween offerings here.
5. Pumpkin Cheesecake Funnel Cake
Let’s kick off our top Halloween Disneyland Treats list with the Pumpkin Cheesecake Funnel Cake from the Hungry Bear in Critter Country. Pumpkin Cheesecake filling and vanilla ice cream topped with whipped cream. It’s delicious and absolutely a must try for any pumpkin or cheesecake fan. It is a huge serving! We split it between 4 people and it was the perfect sharing size. You can mobile order using the Disneyland App.
4. Caramel Apple Churro
This churro was the perfect blend of sweet with just a touch of tart. Can you go wrong with anything smothered in caramel? I submit that you cannot! It’s a churro rolled in green apple flavored sugar topped with a caramel drizzle. You can find it at the Churro cart near the Redwood Creek Challenge Trail at California Adventure. It comes in two pieces so it’s easy to share, but you might not want to!
3. Pumpkin Spice Monkey Bread
You had me at Monkey bread, but throw in Pumpkin spice and I’m here for it! This treat did not disappoint. It’s all the rave on social media right now and while it didn’t claim the number one spot on my top Halloween Disneyland Treats list, I would definitely get it again. It’s a classic monkey bread with a subtle pumpkin sauce topped with whipped cream and cinnamon. You can find it at The River Belle Terrace in Frontierland. Reservations are recommended for this sit down restaurant. This sweet treat is big enough to share with a few people.
2. Green Apple Lemonade
I’ve been day dreaming about this drink since I had it last week! I really wish I would have had time to enjoy it one last time before I left. I absolutely loved it! It’s tart, like a lemonade should be. But, the cherry brings just the exact right sweet balance. It’s a green apple lemonade with cherry flavor-filled boba. You can find it at Smoke Jumpers Grill in California Adventure. I literally had people stopping me as I walked to find out where I had purchased it. It’s a show stopper! Don’t miss it! Mobile ordering is available.
1. Cookies and Cream Macaron
The number one treat on my top Halloween Disneyland treats list is the Cookies and Cream Macaron from Jolly Holiday Bakery Cafe on Main Street. This mummy Mickey macaron shell with a cookies and creme filling rocked my world! The texture is perfect and the cookies and cream filing is just the right amount of sweet.
