2-Ingredient No-Bake Oreo Dessert

This 2-Ingredient No-Bake Oreo Dessert is creamy, chocolatey, and unbelievably easy to make. Layers of whipped cream and Oreos soften into a dreamy, cake-like treat that’s perfect for parties, potlucks, or last-minute sweet cravings.

Ingredients

  • 1 pint heavy whipping cream, cold (or 1 tub Cool Whip, thawed)
  • 2 packages (13.29 oz each) Oreo cookies Reserve about 15 for the topping
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar(optional) if making homemade whipped cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extra(optional) if making homemade whipped cream

Instructions

Step 1: Make the whipped cream (if using homemade)

  • Pour the cold heavy whipping cream into a large mixing bowl.
  • Beat with an electric mixer on medium-high speed until soft peaks form.
  • Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract (if using), then continue beating until stiff peaks form.
  • Pro tip: Don’t overbeat or the cream will turn grainy and start to become butter.

Step 2: Assemble the layers

  • Spread a thin layer of whipped cream across the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish.
  • Arrange whole Oreos in a single layer over the cream.
  • Spread another layer of whipped cream over the Oreos.
  • Repeat layers (Oreos, whipped cream) until you reach the top, ending with whipped cream.

Step 3: Chill

  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 8 hours, or overnight.
  • During this time, the Oreos soften and take on a cake-like texture — it’s what makes this dessert irresistible.

Step 4: Garnish & serve

  • Crush the reserved Oreos and sprinkle them over the top for extra crunch.
  • Slice and serve chilled.
