Classic Mojito Mocktail
This refreshing Mojito Mocktail is the perfect non-alcoholic drink for summer! Made with fresh lime juice, mint leaves, agave syrup, and sparkling water, it’s crisp, fizzy, and so easy to make. Serve over ice and garnish with mint for a classic mocktail that’s light, cool, and totally irresistible.
- 2 limes
- 10 fresh mint leaves
- 2 tbsp agave syrup
- 1 cup carbonated drink (such as soda water or sparkling water)
- Ice cubes
- Mint leaves, for garnish
Cut the limes in half and squeeze the juice into a jug. If you like a little pulp in your drink, go ahead and scrape some in!
Tear the mint leaves into smaller pieces and toss them into the jug with the lime juice.
Pour in the agave syrup and give it all a good stir. This is where the magic starts — that citrus and mint combo is unbeatable.
Add a generous handful of ice cubes to chill things down.
Slowly pour in the carbonated drink, stirring gently to keep the fizz.
Taste it and add a touch more agave syrup if you prefer it sweeter.
For garnish, crush a few mint leaves between your fingers to release their aroma and float them on top.
Serve in glasses filled with fresh ice and garnish each with a sprig of mint.
