If you have food allergies or require a special diet, you’ll be happy to know that Disneyland Park has a wide variety of gluten-free options to choose from. In this post, I’ve rounded up the best gluten-free dining at Disneyland options. This will help you easily find gluten-free menu items during your Disney vacation.

Before ordering, it’s always a good idea to check with a cast member to discuss your specific dietary needs. The Disney chefs at the various restaurants are always happy to discuss dietary restrictions and can even provide you with an ingredient list for specific menu items. When mobile ordering, you can check out the allergy-friendly menu section at each of the participating quick service restaurants. You can always ask a cast member at City Hall if you have specific questions about gluten-free dining at Disneyland. They can provide you with an allergy menu.
