Disney Cake Pops Copycat Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 Family size package of Oreos (any kind or flavor – I used double-stuffed!)
  • 1 package of mini Oreos
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 package of almond bark (chocolate or vanilla)
  • Sprinkles

Instructions:

Crush the Oreos: Using a food processor, pulse the Oreos until they are fine crumbs. If you don’t have a food processor, no worries—just place the Oreos in a ziplock bag and crush them with a rolling pin.

    food processor filled with oreos.

Mix with Cream Cheese: Combine the crushed Oreos with the softened cream cheese until fully incorporated. This will create your cake pop “dough.”

Roll Into Balls: Roll the Oreo mixture into bite-sized balls. These will be the base of your cake pops.

Make the Ears: Melt the almond bark according to the package instructions. Dip the mini Oreos into the melted almond bark, then press two mini Oreos into the top of each dough ball to create the Mickey or Minnie ears. If you’re using treat sticks, insert them into the center of the dough ball now.

Chill: Place the cake pops in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to set.

Dip in Almond Bark: Once the cake pops are chilled, dip each one into the melted almond bark (you may need to reheat it slightly if it has thickened). Ensure each cake pop is evenly coated.

Decorate: Finish off with sprinkles for that fun, festive touch!

Refrigerate and Enjoy: Store the finished cake pops in the refrigerator until you’re ready to serve. These treats stay fresh and delicious for several days—if they last that long!

Now you can enjoy a little bit of Disney magic right from your own kitchen! These Disney cake pops are not only super cute but also irresistibly delicious. The combination of creamy, rich Oreo filling and the crunchy almond bark coating is simply divine, making them a treat everyone will love.
