Getting A Virtual Queue For World Of Color

Each day at 12 pm, the virtual queue for World Of Color is available on the Disneyland mobile app. Set an alarm on your phone so you remember to make your reservation! You’ll be assigned a show time and a viewing section. Head to the World Of Color Viewing area about 20-30 minutes before your show time. You’ll show your reservation to the cast member and be allowed into the viewing area.

What If You Don’t Get A Virtual Queue Reservation?

If you cannot get a virtual queue spot, don’t stress! You can usually watch the show without one. Head to the viewing area about 20-30 minutes before the show begins and tell a cast member that you don’t have a return time but would like to see the show. They will have you wait to the side and allow you to enter the viewing area as space permits.

Which Show Is Less Crowded?

If you’re willing to stay late, the second show of World of Color is usually less crowded than the first show. This means you have a better chance of getting a better viewing spot.

How to enhance your viewing experience

  1. Bringing a poncho or rain jacket: The World of Color show features a lot of water. If you are standing close to water or near the front row, you may get a little wet. So it’s a good idea to bring a poncho or rain jacket to protect yourself from getting wet.
  2. Using a waterproof phone case: If you want to take pictures or videos during the show, it’s a good idea to use a waterproof phone case to protect your phone from water damage.
  3. Bringing snacks and drinks for the wait: If you plan to arrive early for standby viewing, it’s a good idea to bring snacks and drinks to keep you occupied while you wait for the show to start. This will also help you stay comfortable during the wait.
  4. Watch World Of Color from the designated area. You can watch it from Paradise Gardens Park or Pixar Pier, but you’ll have a side view and miss the show’s full effect. The best places to watch it are within the designated viewing area. You’ll have a great view of this spectacular show!
