They are the best of the best when it comes to cookie recipes! This recipe comes straight from Pixar’s pastry chef, Marylou Jaso. They are made with browned butter, which makes them so much better than your average chocolate chip cookies!

Easy Soft Mickey Pretzels

Have you ever made a soft pretzel at home? They are so simple; you probably already have all the ingredients you need in your pantry! No trip to the grocery store required! You can whip up a batch of soft pretzels in no time flat! If you feel creative, you can make them into your favorite shape(Mickey for me!). These soft pretzels are very versatile. You can make them into pretzel bites, sticks, or shapes. Sprinkle them with salt, garlic, or cinnamon sugar. If you’re feeling ambitious, you can whip up a cheese or frosting dipping sauce to go with them! They are always gone at my house before I can get as far as a dipping sauce. These babies are a family favorite, so of course I had to create a Disney copycat recipe for them!

 Disneyland Copycat Mickey Beignet Recipe

Nothing says “Disneyland” like the beignets found in New Orleans Square! Beignets are essential when visiting Disneyland. They are a favorite snack and basically a Disney Parks staple. Did you even visit if you don’t eat a beignet while there? These fluffy, sugary treats are something I crave. Now, you make Disneyland Copycat Beignets right at home! This recipe comes straight from Disneyland, so it’s the real deal! 

Disneyland’s Matterhorn Macaroon Copycat Recipe

Missing Disneyland? No worries! This will help. Disneyland’s Matterhorn Macaroon copycat recipe is the perfect way to bring some Disney magic to your home when you can’t be in the parks. The Matterhorn Macaroon may be one of the most iconic treats in the park. It’s inspired by the Matterhorn bobsleds. It is one of the most iconic rides in the park. You can find them at the Disneyland Resort’s Jolly Holiday Bakery Cafe on Main Street. Have you been here? It’s such a magical place! They are the only place at Disneyland to get a Matterhorn Macaroon. Because they are one of my favorite treats, I made them part of my Disney copycat recipe series.

Now, you can make them at home! This delicious recipe is so simple to make and will whisk you right back to the chilly tops of the Matterhorn in no time. It’s perfect for Disney fans! This recipe uses basic ingredients and is a great treat when you need a little Disney at home. 

Pongu Lumpia(Pineapple Cream Cheese Spring Rolls)

Pongu Lumpia was one of my favorite treats from my last DisneyWorld trip! We ate them for breakfast, and they were delicious! Since then, I can’t stop thinking about them! You can find Pongo Lumpia at Disney’s Animal Kingdom at the World of Avatar. A little stand near Satu’li Canteen called Pongu Pongu sells them. They are sweet and sugary with just enough tang from the pineapple! This is a great Disney copycat recipe to make after your Disney vacation. 

I’ve tweaked Disney’s recipe to make them simpler to make, and I found my changes make them taste almost identical to the Pongo Lumpia sold in Disneyworld. 

Mickey Mouse Cake Pops

Have you ever had Disney Cake Pops while in the parks? I’m ashamed to admit I had never tried one until just a few months ago! Oh my goodness, I had been missing out! Although adorable, I always assumed they wouldn’t have much flavor. Boy, was I wrong! I’m happy to report that Disney cake pops are actually delicious(along with being adorable). Add them to your foodie list for your next visit. You won’t be disappointed!

Now that I know how amazing they are, I decided I couldn’t wait until my next Disney theme park visit to eat one. It was absolutely necessary to recreate them at home. I needed to come up with a simple yet delicious Disney copycat recipe. I’ve nailed it! These Disney cake pops are simple to make. You don’t even have to bake them. My cake pops come together quickly and can be modified for any occasion.

Mickey Mouse Rice Krispie Treats

Mickey Mouse Rice Krispie Treats, are one of my favorite things to eat when visiting a Disney park. Have you tried them? Not only are they adorable, but they’re incredibly yummy! Rice Krispie treats are a favorite at our house. In fact, they are one of my husband’s very favorite treats. I enjoy them, but I like to take them to a new level with chocolate and M&Ms!

These treats have the perfect ratio of chocolate to marshmallow crispness. Plus, it’s a proven fact that everything tastes better when it’s Mickey-shaped! I decided I needed to recreate them at home in the form of a Disney copycat recipe. These Mickey Mouse Rice Krispie Treats are so simple to make! You can have them ready to serve in 15-20 minutes.

Disneyland Churro Sundae 

When I tell you, the Disneyland Churro Sundae is hands down my absolute favorite treat at Disneyland. I’m not joking. I mean it. With all my heart, I mean it. The Churro Sundae is the stuff dreams are made of. Literally, I’ve had dreams about it. Bad news: it’s only available at Disneyland during Halloween time on select years. If you’re lucky enough to be at Disneyland at Halloween time, you can find this beauty inside The Golden Horseshoe in Frontierland. Good news: I’ve created a Disneyland Churro Sundae Recipe so you can enjoy a Churro Sundae anytime. Plus, it’s so easy to make!

Disneyland Copycat Peanut Butter Blondies

Have you tried the Peanut Butter Blondies from the Craftsman Grill inside the Grand Californian Hotel at Disneyland? They are all the rage! You may have seen them on social media. Everyone is raving about them, and for a good reason! They are amazing, such a delicious treat. There’s really no other way to put it. They are blow your mind delicious and deserve every second of social media coverage they are getting! The problem is, I can’t always go to Disneyland to buy my own. What’s a girl to do? Strawberry Almond Twists

No trip to Disneyland is complete without a stop by Maurice’s Treats. The donuts and pastries are excellent, but my favorite are the strawberry almond twists. I could eat these all day! Unfortunately, they aren’t available at the happiest place on earth anymore. Thank goodness I have an at home Disney copycat recipe alternative so I can still enjoy these beauties. This holiday Ice Cream Cookie Sandwich from Gibson Girl Ice Cream Parlor(located at Disneyland Park on Main Street) features cinnamon brown sugar ice cream between oatmeal raisin cookies. It’s huge and can easily be shared. It’s not available year round, so that makes this copycat recipe even more delicious! 

I love this holiday ice cream cookie sandwich so much, I decided I had to create a Disney copycat recipe for it so that I could enjoy it at home! This recipe is simple, delicious, and adaptable(as all great recipes are). Feel free to leave out the raisins or substitute them with chocolate chips or whatever you like. No matter what, they will be amazing, and I know you will love them!

Mickey Mouse Gingerbread Cookies

Mickey Mouse Gingerbread Cookies are one of the top Holiday treats at Disneyland right now! They are absolutely delicious. In fact, they are so delicious that I just had to recreate them so I could make them at home! These Gingerbread cookies are so simple to make. Don’t be intimidated by them. They are soft and chewy and have just the right amount of ginger. Plus, they are Mickey-shaped, and everything tastes better when it’s Mickey-shaped! Mickey churro Cookies are now available at Disneyland and I’m pretty excited! Have you ever had a Disney park churro? They’re pretty amazing. Perfect for the old sweet tooth.

I was excited when I saw that Disneyland has released Mickey Churro Cookies! Did I mention that I love cookies? Who doesn’t? Disneyland made all my dreams come true by combining two of my favorite things, cookies and churros. Just like that, Mickey Churro Cookies were born, and I realized I needed to create this Disney copycat recipe so I could enjoy them at home year-round. Costco food court might miss me, but Mickey Mouse Churro Cookies beat a Costco churro everyday of the week and twice on Sundays.
